What is the best way to find out how much one of your products cost?
The best way to find out the cost of a particular product is to either ring us for a budget price or send through an online inquiry form.
Do your prices include delivery?
Yes! In most cases, we quote on a FIS basis, where all of the shipping and import costs are covered in our price.
What warranty is included with your products?
Most if not all of our products come with the full manufacturer’s warranty of 12 months. Extended warranty options are also available on the larger capital items such as CMMs, portable arms, and other equipment.
What is the lead-time for your products?
The lead time for our products varies from product to product and by manufacturer, but typically for our larger systems, such as CMMs, optical comparators, and vision measuring systems, the standard lead time is 4-6 weeks, plus shipping.
Can we see one of your products in action, or can we get an onsite demonstration?
Yes! We are happy to give out the names and addresses of our customers where our systems are running successfully and arrange for a visit. We also provide onsite demonstrations for our portable systems such as portable arms, laser trackers and surface roughness equipment.
