Key Features of CNC Vision Systems
Starrett CNC vision systems are simple, easy to use, video measurement systems using Metlogix M3 software incorporating video edge detection to detect edges for the taking of 2D feature measurements.
3D measurements are achieved using an optional Renishaw PH6/TP20 touch probe system. Features such as planes, spheres and cones can be measured using this set-up.
These systems are normally supplied with three channels of lighting but up to six channels can be accommodated when measuring complex or intricate parts.
