About Metronor M-Scan 120 Scanning Solution

The Metronor M-Scan 120 scanning solution consists of a DUO dual-camera Metronor system with light pen and a laser scanner housed in a carbon fibre cage with active LED markers.

  • Can be upgraded to a MultiCam solution.
  • Based on industry-leading Nikon scanning technology
  • Uses MetrologX4 software

The M-Scan 120 system from Metronor allows very large objects to be scanned for either inspection or reverse engineering tasks and with the probing functionality of the system, with the lightpen, the part can be accurately aligned to a 3D CAD model or feature aligned in the Metrolog X4 software supplied with the system.

For reporting, Metrolog X4 generates Excel-based text and HTML-based colour reports, including colour deviation mapping for clear, practical analysis.
